    I’ve suffered with Seasonal Affective Disorder for a few years. I went to my doctor in October when it started to get dark early and I began to really feel the “winter blues”!

    He changed my medication and recommended that I do some more exercise and spend more time outside (as my job requires me to remain indoors for about 12 hours a day).

    Since making these small adjustments to my lifestyle I’ve felt much better and my sleep patterns have also returned to normal!
