    i am suffring with deppresion and this has help me to understand whathappning and how to cope with itand i am on lots off medication.

    i have suffered depression for the last 10 years on and off i have had all kinds of medications that have made me feel worse i have had counciling which as made me start feelin better but never seen it through to the end, i am now suffering from depression again and find talking helps the only thing i have never done is eat a good balanced diet and excercised reading theis site as helped i am going to go back counciling and see it through but eat agood balanced diet and excercise more, i will put another post updating on my progress.
